I know that Jesus of Nazareth lived and died and was resurrected. I know He is the Savior of the world and the only path by which we may be saved. I know that He is the Son of God the Father and the Creator of our world. I know these things though the quiet witness of the Holy Spirit to my heart and mind as I have studied, pondered, and prayed about these things.

I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that the Book of Mormon is a book of Holy Scripture. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ, the primitive Church organized by Christ, was restored in our time through Joseph Smith. I know that the Priesthood, the Power and Authority of God was restored to earth through Joseph Smith. I know this because I asked God in prayer. He answered my prayers in a quiet way, touching my heart and telling me, through His Spirit, that these things are true.

I know that the current Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the Kingdom of God in our times. I know that there is a prophet of God alive today and I sustain him, and the 12 Apostles as Prophets, Seers, and Revelators. I have asked God about these things as well. My witness comes through the Holy Spirit who has, many times, touched my heart and given me a witness that these things are true.
